Bio
The Homeless Services Center is dedicated to ending homelessness in Santa Cruz County. The goal of the Homeless Services Center is to provide both emergency and transitional services to homeless individuals and families that will support our clients in achieving self-sufficiency.
We operate four distinct programs:
-The Page Smith Community House, providing longer term (up to 18 months) transitional housing to homeless single adults.
-The Rebele Family Shelter, providing emergency shelter (up to six months) and comprehensive services to homeless families with children.
-The Paul Lee Loft Shelter & Winter Shelter Program, providing overnight emergency shelter for homeless individuals on-site and at the National Guard Armory.
-The Day Resource Center, providing a wide array of daytime services (such as meals, showers, laundry facilities, lockers, and employment assistance) for homeless individuals.
