Bio
I was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2012. I have tonic-clonic seizures and I struggled with the seizures themselves and the mental health aspect for years. In May 2020 I decided to make a change, starting by creating The Happy Sista to share my story to help others and to inspire anyone with a chronic illness to claim their life back, just like I have.
