Bio
I love grilling / smoking. Until recently, I had to make due with a gas grill and a Weber kettle. In June 2010 I purchased a MAK pellet grill. All I can say is WOW! It was enough that I felt I really wanted to share my experiences with people and help them learn more about the MAK and what it can do. In June 2014 I build a Drum Smoker and continued my exploration of all things BBQ.
