Bio
Ok... I admit it. I am a realist. Like it or lump it, this is me and my speculations in all their black and white splendour. I am also a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a recovering alcoholic. There is nothing rose-tinted about "the bottom" or recovery, but I am living and breathing proof that my addiction does not define me, and that there IS life after addiction. I don't need to be high on life to experience a full and happy life... all I need is to be sober and blissfully present. I aspire to help others realize their dreams in sobriety by telling it like it is, and possibly to find my voice in writing along the way.
