Bio
Solana has been a spiritual teacher for over 40 years. She is a Soul Artist, Soul Dancer, and Soul Teacher. Her teachings focus on Realizing the True Self, that place in our selves that knows peace and feel fulfilled. She loves to share what has helped her on the path with others. She loves to teach yoga and she holds a MA in Religion and Philosophy. She is the author of "Letters Through the Veil," and has started a second book.
