‘My Site’ deleted

CI cannot access my site. I did ask to cancel ‘automatic payments’ some time ago as because of my age I may wish to cancel my account. My site is still viewable but I can’t access it.I have discovered another new site listed on my account with a similar name but no posts on it yet. Please help as I don’t want you to purge my original site siteite e t
