Bio
Lead by the Company Director, Natalie Persaud who has spent over 14 years in the education sector teaching Performing Arts, ESOL, English, Theatre studies and Psychology. She worked as a Senior Advanced Practitioner where she devised, managed and implemented various coaching models, CPD training and helped to revise the institution’s observation structure where she currently works. Whilst here, she was instrumental in driving standards up. When first in post, there were 42% of teaching staff who were judged as a grade 4. After 3 years in post, she reduced this figure to 0. On top of that, she was invited by Ofsted to participate in the initial training to become a HM inspector.
