Bio
I guess my “everyday” nickname has proven to be unique enough that my fellow hikers have happily used it as my trail name as well 😁 Hi, I’m Biggi and I will be hiking half of the Great Divide Trail this summer with my dog, a young Border collie mix rescue. We are both very excited to share our journey with you! Having hiked the PCT and more than half of the PNT, in addition to many shorter hikes in the places I’ve lived (New Zealand, Montana, Colorado etc) I now call the East Kootenays of British Columbia home. I enjoy everything outdoors but am particularly excited when I can xc ski, backcountry ski, trail run or swim in a lake!
