Tamara's first collection of poetry-The Shaping of an "Angry" Black woman deals with the (false) trope that all black women are always angry. From there she's dipped her toe into a couple different genres finally landing on cozy mysteries. Small town, big gossips, and quirky sleuths. What's not to love?
