Bio
I'm a health and fitness nut with a husband, dog, and baby on the way. I have a Master of Public Health in Physical Activity Epidemiology, and I'm a certified personal trainer and running coach. I use my blog to share recent advances in health and fitness research, to provide training tips, recipes, and workout ideas, and to record my own running and triathlon training and races.
