Bio
I'm currently 23 years old, born and raised in Connecticut. I was tired of being tired and cranky with the abdominal discomfort I was feeling. My mother and sister had been diagnosed with Gluten sensitivity so I decided to see my Naturopathic Doctor to see what he can do. He thought it would be a great idea to get an allergy blood test. When the results came back, I was diagnosed with three main sensitivities: Gluten/Wheat, Dairy, and Eggs. I LOVED these foods, what would I eat?! Slowly, but surely, I began to do my intensive research. I read every nutritional label, writing down foods that were high in protein and fiber, and lower in fat (excluding good fats, such as nuts, avocados, etc.) With this new diet, I have gained more energy and feel incredible! My hope is to help others who have similar sensitivies and need some advice.
