Bio
Jim O'Connell teaches in the City Planning-Urban Affairs Program at Boston University. He has written six books and numerous articles related to Boston, Cape Cod, and Western Massachusetts as well as regional and urban planning. He also has taught Sustainable Development at the Boston Architectural College and is an adovcate for smart growth planning.
