Bio

I am passionate about many things - writing, running, history - and my two little buddies, Zoe & Pete. My current project is a work of creative nonfiction: I AM a Runner! Stories of Inspiration & Motivation I am accepting all tales that will motivate & inspire my fellow runners in the Maritimes with a special request for those that involve the Blue Nose Marathon.
