Bio
I'm a storyteller and a writer. I am also the historian for Children's Mercy - Kansas City and am on a mission to preserve and tell the stories that make Children's Mercy the special place that it is. I am living an amazing life-story with my wife, Carla, and we're trying to make the world a little better place. Writing comes naturally to me ... my dad was a Pulitzer Prize winning newspaperman and my mom was his first editor. They were my best teachers. I also write postcards to my six grandchildren each week. They call me Pops.
