Bio
David Spengeman has spent his life committed to advising businesses, and teaching individuals how to fulfill their greatest potential. David is a twenty year veteran of problem solving and personal analysis having held positions in such companies as Reynolds and Reynolds and most recently with AT&T. For the last five years David has been the CEO of JKS Consulting,llc where he utilized his business and personal experiences to consult with individuals and businesses helping them establish a clear path to achieve their goals.
As a young man David grew up on the tough streets of Philadelphia. Looking for a way to escape, he entered the U. S. Army as a Military Policeman. He served in Europe as part of a Counter Terrorism Unit identified as a Strategic Alert Team. There he learned discipline, perseverance and resolve.
Most recently, David has served on numerous boards in Fresno and Madera counties. In conjunction with The United Way he founded the 211 call center in Central California whose goal is to assist individuals in crisis with immediate resources and support. David was also instrumental in installing the first computer labs in rural Kingsburg Elementary School as well as the Orosi school district. He is dedicated to investing in the lives of young people, to inspire hope for their future and break down barriers that may prevent them from being all they are intended to be.
David knows that today, more so than ever before, people need a message of hope and true opportunity. His deep personal conviction is to help others overcome obstacles in order to clear a path for achievement, and to recognize their unique personal potential and ability to persevere and succeed in life. David strives to be a part of a place where personal responsibility, and a renewed belief in this country, is embraced by all who desire the best for themselves and others.
David’s has a vast background in Business and Marketing from Fresno State where he studied both Criminal Law and Psychology. Throughout his career he has received awards for achievement and personal development, achievement of company goals, and recognition as a leader in inter-personal collaboration. He is well respected among his colleagues and organizations throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
David frequently speaks at schools, businesses, and colleges inspiring people from all walks of life to break free from the chains of mediocrity and to embrace excellence. When asked what is meaningful to him David replies, “Seeing the glimmer in someone’s eye when I know they had an ‘aha moment.’”
