Bio
Hello! My name is Katie. I live high up in the beautiful mountains of New Mexico.
I love books and baking. I love sugar a little too much. Who doesn't, right? Actually, I am trying to eliminate it and using alternatives. Some of my older posts do use sugar, but in more up-to-date ones I use stevia blends or erythritol (Swerve).
I am really blessed that I get to be a stay at home mom. I have never been busier in my whole life. If I could talk to myself as a single woman...I would tell myself to take a nap!
This blog will follow me on that journey as I learn to take care of my family with some creativity.
I mostly blog about spiritual matters, because my goal is to walk with God and share my journey along the way.
I also will be blogging about cooking and baking at high altitudes and sharing what I learn with you.
