Bio
Tim is a current PhD student at Saybrook University where he is working on a PhD in Transformative Social Change. He is a Researcher and Lecturer, he earned his M.S Degree in Conflict Resolution and Peace & Justice Studies at Portland State University where he specialized in issues around Policing, Police Militarization, Community Policing and Social Change. He earned his B.A in Sociology and Criminology at California State University San Marcos.
His current research interests focus on issues surrounding policing and community relations, police militarization, justice reform and finding ways to create transformative social change in our society.
He is an avid Photographer, Reader, Writer, Educator and all around Life Enthusiast. He enjoys Cooking, Fishing, Hiking and Exploring in his beautiful home of San Diego County, where he resides with his Fiancé and Family.
