Bio
After a career in Banking, I entered the world of consultancy and have been privileged to have been involved with many great programmes across numerous sectors, during which I have met hundreds of really interesting people - some more than others!
I've come to realise that I'm a closet creative and enjoy nothing more than identifying ways to improve or innovate in an established 'world' This approach has been at the forefront of my involvement in a number of growth businesses, both as founder and as a mentor.
My interests include: change management, organisation redesign, strategic planning, sales development, photography, skiing, heathy lifestyles, travelling, beach, new experiences
