Bio
I wear many hats and have made it my life mission to find joy and balance in each of them, without living in denial or afraid of fear, disappointment, and pain. Fortunately, I have been successful. Knowing I have chosen these hats, and hoping to wear them with integrity, wife, housekeeper, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, niece, aunt, sailor, friend, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, coach, artist, photographer, entrepreneur, recently shifting my focus to being a writer, my book is Knowing When - The uncharted waters of the heart by; Patricia Lochner, a sea gypsy's journey.
Finding peace and inspiration meditating in my garden, my sanctuary, keeps me grounded and in touch with my love of life. I am focusing on building a community of strong women. Women who are not afraid of being afraid and find the determination to do it anyway. I invite you to come along with me, with us as our journey progresses let's sail together and realize our dreams.
