Bio

After having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality/Travel & Tourism Management at Florida International University, I returned to my place of birth in 1998 after 13 years, to make my country a better place. I started by joining TIDCO in 1999, where I held positions in Tourism Information, Tourism Technology, and Tourism Marketing, where I headed international marketing initiatives for five (5) of the country’s Tourism niche markets. Over four (4) years later in 2003, I moved on to take on a senior post at the leading ad agency in the world, McCann Erickson, where I hold my current position of Group Account Director, leading brands from past to present like bpTT, RBC, TDC, THA, e TecK, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Trade, American Airlines, Nissan, T&T Film Company, Purina Petcare, GFC, Involve Financial, and Members of the Massy Group. I have been responsible for winning many new campaigns and clients, and ten (11) years later, am ecstatic about further building my career in the Marketing field. In 2012, I was called to serve on the Board of Directors of the Tourism Development Company (TDC), where I was appointed Chairman of the Marketing Committee of the Board. In 2013, I was re-appointed to the Board, and retain that post. My passion for Tourism, based on my past studies and throughout my career to-date, has been unfaltering. In 2014, I commenced a Masters program online with the University of Florida, majoring in Mass Communication with a specialization in Social Media.
