Bio
More Than Skin Deep was born out of a passion and desire to help people who are struggling with self harm/self injury, as well as other addictive behaviors and/or mental health issues.
The stigma and the shame associated with self harm is a burden itself to bear, scars on the heart can be hidden, but scars on the physical body tell a different story.
More Than Skin Deep is an endeavor to tell that story.
