Vigoa Cuisine is the brain child of Miriam Vigoa, the great granddaughter of Narcissa. The Original Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil is a 200 year old family tradition that Miriam has put an extra special healthy spin on.
Vigoa recreated her special recipe 20 years ago when she and Kristi Linebaugh opened their restaurant, Cafe Latte Coffee House and Eatery. Vigoa and Linebaugh are teaching chefs and authors as well as restaurateurs and have done over 400 cooking/demos across the U.S in the last 12 years.
Specializing in helping the home cook have the restaurant flavor they crave, without the salt and chemicals. Eating clean without the work.
Canary Island Olive Oil is so low in sodium that if it were 5mg less it would be considered salt free and no sugar or sugar alcohols and recently approved as a vendor by the American Diabetes Association. Featured on Fox News in the book "Rich Food Poor Food" as the Healthiest salad dressing on the market.
