Bio
My name is Jamarr Johnson. I am incarcerated at the United Sates Penitentiary at Yazoo city Mississippi. Before my incarceration, I ran around in the street's of Prichard, Alabama.
Da Fed's labeled me a monster and the kind of man who doesn't belong in society due to the crime I was convicted of. However for the past decade, I've been adding color and new perspectives to the old Jamarr Johnson.
I've created me own t-shirt line called: "Hoodlum Gear" Now, I know that this terminology may call to many negative images to mind, initially; especially if you believe Webster's or Roger's definition of Hoodlum. Again however though, Voize Out is a self defining platform. In this effort, I came up wit the best acronym to describe my movement...
( Have Our Own Dreams Loyalty Unity Movement )
The Hoodlum Gear brand suite's the worker who punches the clock, the entrepreneur or the ambitious student. The Hoodlum Gear brand is deep. It's concept is about pursuing your dream. Being loyal and committed to your dream. It is about understanding that everything you do TODAY will determine the distance of your achievements tomorrow.
When you make mistakes in life, don't stress. Learn from it. Find a passion that won't allow you to sleep at night for your heart yurning to bring that dream into a reality.
Listen to me, it is high time for you to stop telling people what your capable of and allow your actions and talent to prove.
The Hoodlum Gear brand is very serious to me. It is more than an ambition that has come alive for me. It has become a drive to me that has moved me to connect to other people who are in like situations, whose truly changed and endeavoring to make a difference.
Voize Out is the platform for like minded men or woman to share our stories in an attempt to expose the youth to the other side of the bad decisions. I could tell you all day that I am a different person, but words become meaningless when there's no action to reflect what I speak. The Voize out blog is my greatest attempt at taking action. And my greatest attempt to take action to the world and send a positive message to the youth.
