[WP.org] Default de paiement stripe

    Bonjour , j’ai reçu un 1er paiement sur notre site et je ne le voix nul part ?? j’ai contacter stripe et en ma conseilé de voir ca avec wordpress ? voici la repense de stripe en dessous .

    Merci de m’aider a régler ce problème .

    Just as a recap, we discussed: that your first ever payment for 5.50€ on your website is not showing on your Stripe dashboard. With the information that you provided me about this charge, I did some digging and I’m sorry to say that I couldn’t find this payment either.

    If you’re using a third party to collect and pass payment details to Stripe, I would recommend reaching out to them about this (I see that you use WordPress), as they will have more insight into their integration than we do.

    Alternatively, if you integrated Stripe yourself or with the help of a developer, it may be worth checking your website logs to see if they can offer any additional information about what has occurred here.

    I wish that I could offer additional insight but I hope this direction was useful. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Bonjour. Le site lemust-pantin.fr. fonctionne sous WordPress, mais n’est pas hébergé par WordPress.com (il est hébergé par 1&1). Vous n’êtes donc pas au bon endroit. Veuillez poser votre question sur les forums appropriés à : https://wpfr.net/support/

    Vous vous trouvez actuellement dans les forums pour sites hébergés par WordPress.com. Nos réponses ne seront donc pas pertinentes à votre situation, car les deux variantes de WordPress ne fonctionnent pas de la même façon. Merci et j’espère que vous trouverez bientôt réponse à votre question.
