Get back my web site from Kajabi to WP

  Hi, I have my domain name and I have registered it to WP. After a while I started using Kajabi. Being very expensive platform, I canceled the Kajabi and want to get back to WP.
  But the WP says that they can’t find the website.
  On internet it shows as Account Inactive.
  How can I get back my website?
