[WP.org] How can I get refunded?

    I am actually baffled by the incompetency of this service. I absolutely do not mean that to any member of the community who is only trying to help, but after nearly one hour of looking at how to only cancel a purchase I did a few hours ago, there is just no simple customer support email address I can contact to get this done quickly. Only a number, that I cannot call from my country without some extra fees, or the forum (great people willing to help, but customers should be able to rely on the expertise of WP’s employees…).

    So my problem is this: I purchased a web hosting plan, via domain.com. After trying WP’s services for a few hours, I do not think it fits my need. So I would like to be refunded. I went through different WP forum discussion, and none could answer my problem. When I go on my WP account and click on my profile pic on the top right-hand corner, it says that I do not have any purchase on WP, probably because I paid on Domain.com platform. However, the account is the same. When I log in via WP or via domain.com, the ID and password are the same. And impossible to find how to cancel my subscription via domain.com.

    Could anyone help with this?
