need help to find out which pack I should buy

    I would like to use a web site address I already bought (until april 2019) at IONOS/1&1 and redirect the new web site I just created on wordpress to this address : http://www.alterego-cooperation.fr
    What shall I do ?
    1°) Can I get 1 free address by buying a pack under WordPress ? In this case can Word press buy the name from IONOS/1&1 ?
    2°) Shall I get an other one and ask IONOS to redirect towards this new address ?
    Any other idea ?

    I also need to send newsletters ! Does Word press propose this service ? With which pack ? Can I stock 20 000 e-mails ? If not what shall I do exactly ?

    Last question : I need to create a secret part on my web site, that I would like to open only for certain people with passwords. How can I do that ?
