Site inaccessible from all my devices after uploading an image

  Hi everyone,

  I’m having a strange issue with my site markesolve.wordpress.com and I can’t figure out what happened.

  I was simply uploading an image to my site when it suddenly became unreachable. I got a warning about an empty alt attribute, and shortly after the site stopped loading entirely.

  Here’s what I’ve tried and observed:

  • The site is unreachable from my PC, two different smartphones on different mobile networks, and in incognito mode
  • External tools like “Down for Everyone or Just Me” say the site is up, but I cannot reach it from any of my devices
  • My WordPress.com dashboard loads, but I cannot access any section — clicking anything gives an error
  • I have no plugins installed and I did not change any settings
  • The site was not in Coming Soon or Private mode — it was fully public and online

  I have a free plan so I cannot access live chat support. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  I have now confirmed the issue. Using Pingdom tools, the site responds correctly from Germany (Europe). However, it is completely unreachable from any device in Italy — I have tested on three different devices, multiple mobile operators, WiFi and 5G. The block appears to be geographic, specifically affecting Italy. Could you please investigate and remove this block? Thank you.
