Biografia
Proudly a runner and cyclist, an environmentalist, anti-American, anti-capitalist, pro-Soviet, a member of the radical left as a link between the various fragmented communist groups, a supporter of AS Roma and an anti-vaxxer, but never actually opposed to vaccination, because in life everyone must always be able to freely decide their own destiny, not impose something against the will and free will of others just to keep their jobs.
My nickname is "Roman Admiral" for my constant assertion of my belonging to Rome despite having been in the Abruzzo Foreign Legion for 34 years, and I am also known as the environmental and sporting father of the Via Verde Costa dei Trabocchi cycle path in Vasto (CH).
Between 1998 and 2003, I attended the State Professional Institute for Agriculture and the Environment, obtaining the qualification of Agro-environmental Operator in 2001 and, in 2003, the diploma of Agrotechnical Expert.
In October 2003, I enrolled at the University of L'Aquila, in the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical, and Natural Sciences (MM,FF,NN.) at the Coppito (AQ) campus, completing my studies in October 2012. Since then, I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences and Technologies, degree class L27, with a thesis on "Geoengineering: New Artificial Methods to Combat Global Warming." I discussed my thesis with one of the leading Italian climatologists of the time, Professor Guido Visconti, then Director of CETEMPS (Center of Excellence for the Forecasting of Severe Weather Events). This thesis remains pioneering and highly relevant today, given the evident climate changes we are constantly witnessing with each passing year.
In 2013, I obtained my professional qualification as an agricultural technician from the Colecchi Institute in L'Aquila, but was never allowed to practice the profession.
I was a Technical Collaborator for the ERCI Association (Esperienze di Ricerca di Cooperazione Internazionale, an environmental acronym, and Extreme Runners of Central Italy, an acronym for the sports team), a social and sports promotion association founded in 1990 and managed by President Sergio Rozzi, a well-known avid former extreme runner and great naturalist from the Marsica region. For years, I volunteered for free to manage environmental projects for the development and promotion of outdoor sports (trailrunning and skyrunning). Within the association itself, I also held the position of Project Manager for the "Knowing Nature Through Sport" project in 2015. I resigned from this position in July 2017.
I have currently been living in Vasto (CH) on the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi since June 2018, but I was only able to arrive in the city on March 16, 2021, due to a major bureaucratic problem my mother had encountered at work, which should have been at least two years earlier. from ASL 1 Abruzzo Avezzano-Sulmona-L'Aquila to ASL 2 Abruzzo Chieti-Lanciano-Vasto here in Vasto, where I ended up by chance, since the choice to come here was my parents' and did not depend on my will, I had to follow them here because I could not have freed myself from them without a job that I have been without for 7 years. My choice is to stay for a maximum of 3 years, until 2025, and then leave either to live in a quiet village in the Abruzzo hinterland within the Majella National Park, or in one of the neighboring regions that are more congenial to me between Tuscany, Umbria and Marche for reasons related to my desire to find a new job in the environmental protection sector, Parks and Forests sector, something that here in Abruzzo has been punctually prevented from me at a political level for 7 years, and then to resume my cycling training, which I had to abandon here in Abruzzo for three years to pursue and try to resolve my personal and family problems, which have also greatly affected my mood and my emotional stability, all seasoned by a COVID19 pandemic that in Abruzzo, given the bad state we were already in administrative and social terms, should never have reached this point, so one of my main life goals remains to return to work as a Park Ranger at a large national park in Abruzzo or outside the region. a right that I have been claiming for years and which was taken away from me in September 2013, just after completing my National Civil Service at the Sirente-Velino Regional Natural Park in Rocca di Mezzo (AQ) and migrating to another area of Italy such as Rieti or Poggio Bustone (RI) in Lazio to continue carrying out my project of the Cycle Trip dedicated to Lucio Battisti, or even move to the Gaza Strip to rebuild the Athletics Federation of the future State of Palestine within Hamas or the PNA of Al-Fatah.
