After that when I informed of a repayment by a chat, there was a repayment at 2464 yen immediately. But the situation that the repayment of the rest of 4035 yen can’t be confirmed yet. By the way was a repayment shared with twice, 22 dollars and 36 dollars? Or did you do 58 dollars of repayment procedure by lumping?

I’m not 100% sure about what you mean by “Repayment”. I guess you mean a refund?
In either case, what I can assure you here is that we’ve issued a full refund for your recent renewal on “2020-04-04”. We refunded you for your domain and plan separately. So you should see two refund records on your card statement which are $22 and $36.
Also, if you have any further questions about this, please reply to this thread rather than creating a new thread.
