Recurring billing charge through Paypao went wrong, now my Domain mapping settings are gone

On 21st of May, billing of my Domain Mapping through my Paypal account went wrong because of changes is my Paypal account. I missed notifications of this happening.
I see a chargeback on 28th of May, and now all my Domain data, and DNS settings are gone and my account is now a free version.I am a paying customer, but now my account is set back to free version, through these forums seems the only way to get help.
Can staff help me to get my Domain Mapping and its settings back? I have entered creditcard data so billing should not be a problem.
