Website went offline and no idea why

  Hi,
  Unfortunately, our website went offline and we have no idea why. We just renewed our domainname (on mijndomein.nl) which we do every year. But for some reason our website cannot be reached currently. When we try to reach the site on http://www.stralend-visagiehairstyling.nl we get the following message:

  ‘stralend-visagiehairstyling.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
  The address stralend-visagiehairstyling.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers. But you can sign up and choose another one.’

  The url appears to register the link as a typo?:
  https://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=stralend-visagiehairstyling

  We use domain-mapping to host the website on http://www.stralend-visagiehairstyling.nl and pay for that service a small yearly fee. It has been about a year since we renewed it. So maybe the problem arises from a failure in renewing this service? But for some reason we can’t renew it anywhere and we never received an email that this needs to happen.
  Our website is still offline and we have no idea how to bring it back online. I know we haven’t provided a lot of useful information, but we’re kinda lost. Please tell us what you need and where we can find this, we could really use some help!

  Allright I found out that it is indeed the domainmapping that is expired, but for some reason we still can’t renew the domain mapping! We get a message that we should renew it, but this opens only a page where we can upgrade to a subscription (personal, premium or business). But in the past we just paid for the domain mapping, no subscription! How can we enable this again? Please help!
