Unable to Receive 2FA SMS Verification Code

  Hi Suppot Team,

  Could you please help check this issue? It seems that the SMS system for sending 2FA codes may not be working properly, as I have not received any codes.

  So far, I have checked my messages and spam folders, and also tried using different phone numbers from different network providers, but I still did not receive any SMS messages.

  At the moment, I am using backup codes to log in instead, but this is not very convenient.

  I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
