2-Step Authentication and the new Android update
-
Blast, that is unfortunate. Are there any other browsers you could try, or are you stuck with the Android browser?
-
It would appear I’m stuck with the one browser.
I did, however, just clear every cache, database and bit of saved data from the phone to try to rid myself of any broken code or overused memory.
I even re-did my 2-step authentication (I kind of had to since I basically wiped everything).
The end effect is that I seem to have eliminated the ‘overflow’ error.
But still no Bar Graphs.
Now that I know I can scroll down for the actual metrics, I can live with this. Perhaps a + box to show/hide the bar graphs would be nice to eliminate the white space.
Thanks for all your help!

Ok, one last question.
Is this happening over both wifi and your cell network, or is this a wifi-only device?
-
All this testing has been done from home on my wifi network. I expect that would be the ideal option anyway. The phone is on pre-paid T-Mobile.
I have not tried from Cell-only bandwidth. But I’m about to go walk my dog, so I’ll see if there is any difference.
-
Excellent, would you please let us know how it went via cell? We have some random cases where network configuration blocked odd things, so I’d love to rule that out at least.
-
it took me awhile to test some different sessions but I can say definitively now that it does not matter whether I’m on wifi or cell. for this particular model of phone, the bar graphs do not seem to display. all other stats information is assessable in text form.
