adding information on the previous site address

  Hello
  I mistakenly changed my site address. I want to have access to the old one to simply write that it has changed and go to this new address. But I do not have access to the previous one on my panel. At the same time when I want to make it, it says it is already taken. So it exsits and I cannot change it? Can you let me know how can I have access to this previous address. I do not care if the data is deleted but I just want to add new data.
