Admin rights

  I no longer have admin rights to my site and therefore cannot complete it so I can publish it. I keep getting a message saying the password is wrong but it is not. When I go ahead and click on ‘lost password’ to reset it I get denied again with a message saying the host has turned off that feature – need to be able to work on my site asap. Anyone else run into this problem and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks, Pauline
