Advice for a friend with Dementia

I have a family friend who has been dealing with the impacts of Dementia. One of the things that did bring him joy and one of the few things he still manages to do is maintain his WordPress Site. Interactions in terms of followers, likes, comments, etc are something he looks forward to but due to his condition his posts have become simpler (less text and more images) and irregular, meaning that the interactions he received have reduced. What I am wondering is whether there is a way to manufacture automated interactions (say anonymous likes?) so that the positive feedback that does still bring him joy in his condition can be maintained. Obviously his family does their best for this, just hoping for something more scalable.

For the safety and health privacy of this family member I won’t share their site, but I would very much appreciate any advice if any of this is possible.

    Thanks
