Am I supposed to pay an annual fee to WordPress if I have switched hosts?

    I still use WordPress for web design, but I have transferred my domain to Bluehost and pointed the nameservers to them. I just want to make sure that I don’t lose everything by not renewing with WordPress.com. Also getting another email that says something about domain mapping due to expire… is this something I need if I’m with another host?

    Hi there,

    I see you transferred the domain away from us on 9 January, but the subscriptions in your account with us were not removed. Our automated check for this actually removed them only yesterday, so the domain is no longer on your account here, and there is nothing on our end that you need to renew.
