App and site malfunctioning with images

    Neither the app or the site (when using an iPad) is optimal when uploading a number of images. The App jumps to the image before when adding a title our jumbles the title/images around. When using the site, after every edit or cursor click, it jumps back to the start of the blog. I use as lot of images in my blogs. What can I do for a more user-friendly/seamless experience as its is incredibly frustrating and not conducive to getting my blog piece written. Thank you, Sophie

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure I understand what’s going on. Can you please give me the exact steps you follow that cause this to happen, from the moment you open the editor until the issue occurs?

    And if you say “app or the site”, do you mean this happens on both the iOS app, and if you go to the WordPress.com website in the Safari browser on your device? Can you please give us the iPad model and iOS version, as well as the versions of the WordPress and Safari apps you are using?

    Does clearing the browser cache make any difference to what happens in Safari? And does re-installing the app make any difference to what happens there?
