    I have updated my billing method (credit card) numerous times now in the last month, yet I keep getting e mails I am being told that my domain plus website expired Feb 18, 2022. I am getting very frustrated. I followed previous instructions, the new updated credit card is displaying properly, so what is the problem?

    You’d need to update your payment method under the account where the subscriptions were purchased. If you email our Account Recovery team from the correct address or share with them the transaction ID for a recent purchase, they’ll be able to help you: passwordhelp@wordpress.com.

    Please do not share the transaction ID here, as these are public forums.
