  Then, you can either link it in your menu:
  https://wordpress.com/support/menus/

  Or set it as your front page
  https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

  Also, I do want to clarify that if you want to add a new article to your blog, you’ll want to use a post instead, and you can do that here:
