    Hello, I thought I already cancelled my subscription. I was charged to my Paypal account at (email visible only to moderators and staff) . Please cancel and refund the latest payment.

    I don’t see any transaction made from this account.

    It’s quite possible that you made your purchase(s) from another WordPress.com account — if this is the case, please log in via that other account and contact us from the Support Center, if availalbe, via Live Chat or Email.
