Cancellation of Domain

    I did not wish to renew my annual sub with you folks and got billed for 66.00 dollars. I would like to be refunded the 66.00 and cancel my sub with your service effective immediately.

    I see you’ve already cancelled your plan, and we’ve issued a refund of $48.

    The refund period on domains is 48 hours. Your renewal took place on 18 February and you only cancelled on 4 March, so the domain was already past the refund period by that time and is no longer refundable. If you wish to continue using the domain, please let me know and I can restore it to your account instead.
