Can’t access admin dashboard.

    I have lost the ability to access my admin dashboard and thus to edit add or remove elements from my site at http://www.langmaidpractice.com. The original method of access no longer works and I am desperate to reconnect with my admin dashboard how can I do this?

If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using.
