Here is my log in page to my blog: http://saratogafms.com/militarymuseum/wp-login.php

But when I try to log in with my username and password I created on wordpress.com it says its invalid WHY????

Probably has to do with that being a WordPress.ORG install and not a WordPress.COM blog.

That is a self-hosted wordpress installation. There is no connection between wordpress.com and any self-hosted blog. They are stand-alone installations. During installation of the wordpress software at your webhost, you would have been given the opportunity to set a username and password for that installation. You have to use that username and password, not the username and password from wordpress.com.

a site was recently transferred to me.

xxxxx.wordpress.com

My password does not work. what must I do to access my site. Is there any way to set new password or reset old one?

I try to log on my site from Chrome

But it shows a user named “twiggychen” on the log in button.

I tried to log it out, but it doesn’t work.

Then I tried to use IE to log in, it seems no problem in log in page.

I haven’t try to log in on IE though

I have similar issue with varchfx.

It was another user account called “Kirk” on the log in button.
I also can not log out. The browser I’m using is also Chrome.
BTW, I could not log in by IE/Safari.

Please help.
