  SmokinMAK is my original site I started about 10+ years ago. Then a few years ago I started the4percent. Now WordPress only recognizes me as the4percent and I cannot login to SmokinMAK. I established this site before there were any of the things in place you need to ‘prove’ you are a sites owner.

  Are you talking about https://smokinmak.wordpress.com/? That site is conencted to another account of yours, https://wordpress.com/forums/users/smokinmak/.
  Log out from current the4percent and log in again as smokinmak.
