Can’t manage domain name as i don’t see it in My Sites section.

Hello,
I’ve recently changed admin email for https://ccs.kz/
Now admin email is confirmed – all good.
But when i want to manage DNS records – I try to follow your manual:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/#viewing-your-dns-records
But there’s no sites at my dashboard. Please advice why I can’t see css.kz and how can i see and manage DNS.WP.com: Unknown
