Changed username and URL to match, no more blog for me.

I changed my username to digestsouthwest and told it to create a new blog with the same url as the username. I now cannot see that blog available to edit or create posts on within the dashboard, even after clearing my cache and cookies, restarting my browser, and even trying IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I have navigated to http://digestsouthwest.wordpress.com and it says the url is reserved, but I am unable to edit that blog within the system. What gives?

Pardon me – it says the website is deleted, not reserved, which I have certainly have not done.

Typical. Changing usernames and changing blog URLs are two of the things that cause the most problems here. I will flag this for staff to sort out, but I warn you; that may be impossible.

Why on earth would they explicitly provide this option if it doesn’t work? Thank you for your help.
