'Contact US' and 'About SELA' on my site

Hi there, I am trying to get rid of the ‘Contact Us’ page/link/square and the ‘ABOUT SELA’ page/link/square. It is appearing on my home page. The Contact Us page, is how to contact WordPress (it has 3999 Mission BLVD as its address). Is there a way to do that so that my website home page looks more clean and makes more sense, since I do not work for WordPress? Thanks, please let me know :)

Those are widgets in the front page widget areas, optional features of the Canape theme. You may most easily access them at the wp-admin Widgets page, https://sarehdonaher.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php. Just delete the Contact info widget from the “First Front Page Widget Area,” the text widget titled “About Sela” from the “Second Front page Widget Area.” The “Third Front Page Widget Area” evidently contains a pages widget, titled “Navigation.” It may be deleted as well.

Correction:
I think the widget titled “Navigation” is a custom menu widget, rather than a pages widget. It may be deleted. Alternatively, any of these widgets may be dragged over to the Inactive Widgets area on the left side (bottom), if you think you might use them at some time in the future. You could also relocate any of them to another widget area. The Canape theme has six different widget areas.
