Content Export Error

    I’m trying to export my content but getting an error message: ‘There was a problem preparing your export file….’ Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to export at My Site ->Manage ->Settings? And are you doing a full site export, or trying to export only some content?

    Our logs show a successful export on your site around twenty minutes before you posted here, and our system sent you the export file via email. If you haven’t received it, please check the spam folder and any filters you might have active in your email client.
